Open models improve every few months and security patches arrive every week. A support plan means we do that for you, watch the machine's health, and pick up the phone when someone has a question. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice, and the machine keeps working if you stop.

- Model upgrades tested on your documents before they go live
What a support plan does not include
- –Writing custom automations or agents for your workflows.
- –Replacement hardware itself. We coordinate the maker's warranty swap and reinstall; the part is the maker's.
