Your jobs live in a dozen places
The drawing set is on the shared drive, the change order is in someone's email, the photos are on a phone and the numbers are in accounting. At implementation the machine reads every file once and pulls every customer and job together, so a question about a job is answered from all of them at once, with links.
Your bids, prices and customer lists are your edge. On a machine in your office, none of it goes to an outside AI company.
What it does for a firm

What it will not do
It does not stamp drawings, check code or replace an engineer's judgement. Finding one exact file among thousands is the hardest question: expect the right file, or a short list with it in. Like every AI, it is not right every time. That is why every answer links to the file or record it came from, so anyone can check it.

No per-seat fees. Larger firms fit Office: $32,499 to $34,999 in year one.
