What this site collects, and why

The lead form. When you send the form we receive what you typed, the page you were on, the site you came from and, if you arrived from an advert, the advert's tracking codes. We use that to reply to you and to see which adverts bring real enquiries. It is emailed to us and recorded in our sales tracker (monday.com). We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

Google Ads. This site loads Google's advertising tag so that a sent form can be counted against the advert that led to it. Google's cookie policy applies to that tag. We do not run any other analytics.

Quotes and payments. A quote page shows your name, the build and the price. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own pages; we never see your card or bank details. Stripe's statement descriptor is Fountainhead Operations LLC, the company that operates Spectre Computers.

Email. Our emails are sent through Resend. If you ask us to, we delete what we hold about you.

Your machine. A private AI machine we install belongs to you. We do not copy your documents off it, and a support plan's monitoring sends us only health signals (is it on, is it updated, is the disk full), never content.
