Hardware prices are Apple's published prices, checked October 5, 2026, and move when Apple's do. Past 100 heavy users we quote server hardware with your IT team. For one person, see custom builds.
What we charge
We do not mark up the machine. You pay what Apple charges, and you pay us to make it useful: connecting your systems and reading every file so the AI can answer from them. The implementation is the same at every level, priced based on how much data you have and how many software platforms we connect; your fixed quote settles it before we start.

If it isn't answering questions from your own documents 30 days after implementation, the implementation fee is refunded. You keep the machine.
Because the work is in your data, not the machine. The implementation is priced based on how much data you have and how many software platforms we connect. You get a fixed quote that names every system we connect before we start, and that is the price you pay.
No. Everyone in the office gets an account, and nobody is charged per person, per question or per document. The level you choose decides how many people can ask at once and still get a fast answer.
So you can check us. You pay what Apple charges for the machine, and you can see that on Apple's own site. We earn the implementation and the management plan, which is where the work is.
It is month to month with 30 days' notice. The machine is yours and keeps working; it just stops getting live help, model updates, health monitoring and fixes from us.
If it isn't answering questions from your own documents 30 days after implementation, the implementation fee is refunded. You keep the machine.
