What do I actually get?
+
Your company's AI brain: a machine in your office running local AI, connected to your files, email, CRM, accounting and phones. Everyone gets an account (Open WebUI on Ollama). Ask it about a client, a job, an invoice or a contract and it answers from all of those systems at once, with the source each answer came from. One source of truth, and nothing is sent to an outside AI company.
How is this different from ChatGPT Business or Copilot?
+
Those run in the vendor's cloud and charge per person per month, and their terms and the law can change what happens to your data. This runs on hardware you own, with no per-seat fee. It costs more in year one and less every year after, and the big cloud models are still smarter on long, complex tasks. Private AI is about control, not about being cheaper or cleverer.
Which machine do I need?
+
For 2 to 10 people and ordinary documents, a 64 GB DGX Spark or a Mac Studio with 128 GB. For 10 to 40 people or long documents, a 128 GB Spark or a Mac Studio Ultra. For the biggest open models, a 256 GB Mac Studio Ultra, two Sparks joined, or our Apex Pro. The levels page explains what each step unlocks.
Why would I pick a Spectre Apex over a Spark or a Mac?
+
Speed. The Apex's graphics card moves memory six times faster than a Spark, so a 30B-class model answers as fast as you can read, even with five people asking at once. It holds a smaller model than the 128 GB machines, so it is the right choice when the office wants quick answers over very long documents or the biggest models.
Does this make my firm compliant with HIPAA, the ABA rules or the IRS consent rules?
+
No product does. Keeping client data on a machine you control removes the outside AI vendor from the picture, which is the part those rules worry about most, but your own policies, access controls and agreements still apply. Ask your own adviser; we will happily walk them through how it works.
What does it cost over three years?
+
A Team install on a 64 GB Spark: $4,999 hardware, $2,500 install and $250 a month support is $10,499 in year one and $3,000 a year after that. An Office install on a 128 GB Spark: $6,950 + $4,500 + $450 a month is $16,850 in year one and $5,400 a year after. Hardware prices are the makers' and move when theirs do.
What if it doesn't work?
+
If it isn't answering questions from your own documents 30 days after install, the install fee is refunded. You keep the machine.
Can it connect to our CRM, email, accounting and phones?
+
Yes. That is the point of it. We connect the machine to the systems your business runs on, with the permissions you set, so it reads them where they live instead of you copying everything in. Name the systems you use on the consultation and we will tell you exactly which connect; the fixed quote lists every one.
How do Spectre, Fountainhead and Greatvine fit together?
+
Three sister brands. Spectre installs a private company brain: local AI on a machine you own, connected to all your systems, with every model running inside your building. Fountainhead builds the done-for-you version in your own cloud and AI accounts, asked from Teams, ChatGPT or Claude, and manages it month to month, with no machine to buy. If your data has to stay in the building, that's us. Greatvine is an AI receptionist for business phone lines; it answers ours. You can buy any one of them on its own.
Where do you install?
+
On site within about two hours of Nashville, Tennessee. Everywhere else in the United States we configure the machine here, ship it, and finish the install with you over a video call. Questions first? Call (615) 861-8883; an assistant answers around the clock and can book a consultation.
